Billing and payment plans
Step 1 — Review Plans and Pricing
To explore Vinly’s available plans, visit:
- https://www.vinly.co/pricing — for a full overview of all pricing tiers.
- https://www.vinly.co/settings — if you’re already signed in and want to manage your current plan.
Each plan includes details about features, limits, and pricing so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
Step 2 — Update Your Billing or Plan
- While signed in, go to https://www.vinly.co/settings.
Under Billing & Plans, click on your current plan or select a new plan.
You’ll be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment provider, where you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Update your payment method.
- View or download invoices.
Your changes will apply immediately, and Stripe will confirm any updates to your billing details or subscription.
Step 3 — Understanding Refunds
Vinly’s refund and cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms of Service.
