Step 1 — Review Plans and Pricing

Step 2 — Update Your Billing or Plan

  1. While signed in, go to https://www.vinly.co/settings.
  2. Under Billing & Plans, click on your current plan or select a new plan.

    You’ll be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment provider, where you can:

    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
    • Update your payment method.
    • View or download invoices.

Your changes will apply immediately, and Stripe will confirm any updates to your billing details or subscription.


Step 3 — Understanding Refunds

Vinly’s refund and cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms of Service.
