How to Send a Message to All Users

Follow these steps to broadcast a message to everyone in your space:

1. Go to Your Space
   • From the main sidebar, open the space where you want to send the message.
2. Open the Manager Panel
   • Click the dropdown arrow next to your space name.
   • Select Manager from the dropdown menu.
3. Go to the Network Tab
   • Inside the manager view, navigate to the Network tab.
   • This tab lists all members currently in your space.
4. Load All Users
   • Scroll through the user list until all members are fully loaded in the table.
   • This ensures everyone is included in your selection.
5. Select All Users
   • Click the checkbox in the top-left corner of the table to select every user in the list.
6. Click Multicast
   • After selecting all users, click the Multicast button.
   • This will open a message window allowing you to type and send your message.
7. Send the Message
   • Once sent, Vinly will automatically deliver your message as individual 1-on-1 DMs to every selected user in your space.
