Create Survey

Surveys are a great way to gather feedback, gauge sentiment, and understand your community’s needs. You can create, send, and analyze surveys directly through your Space Manager.


Step 1: Access the Survey Tab

  1. Go to your Space and open Column Two.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to your Space name and select Manager.
  3. Select the Surveys tab.

Step 2: Fill Out Basic Survey Information

  • Survey Name* – Enter a descriptive name for your survey.
  • Description – Provide a brief overview or context for your survey.

Step 3: Create Survey Questions

  • Add custom questions for your survey.

    Supported question types:

    • Text – Open-ended responses.
    • Multiple Choice – Users select from predefined options.
    • Location-Based – Collect information about users’ locations.
  • You can also set conditions for when questions appear based on responses to previous questions.

Step 4: Send Your Survey

  • Once your survey is ready, generate a link to share with your community.
  • Requirement: Users must have a Vinly account to respond.

Step 5: Analyze Survey Results

  • After responses are collected, click Analysis to review the results.
  • Vinly provides AI insights, summarizing trends, sentiment, and key takeaways to help you make data-driven decisions.

This workflow ensures you can easily gather feedback from your community and turn insights into action.
