Inviting to Space

There are several ways to invite new members to your Space, depending on how you’d like them to join and what level of access you want to provide.

1. Direct Invite

When you have your Space selected, click the Invite button. From there, you can enter a user’s phone number or email address, include a custom message, and send a direct invitation to join your Space. This is the fastest way to personally invite someone and control their entry point.

2. Public Space Link

You can also share the public link to your Space page.

• If your Space is public, anyone who receives the link will be able to join immediately.
• If your Space is private, visitors who click the link will see an option to request to join. You’ll receive a notification to approve or deny their request.

3. Bulk Invites via CSV

For larger groups, you can upload a CSV file containing phone numbers or email addresses. Once uploaded, the system will automatically send invitations to each contact on your list with a message to join your Space.

4. Channel-Specific Invites

When sending invites, you can also tag them with a specific channel using the “More” property tag. This automatically adds invited users to that channel once they join, helping you onboard them directly into relevant discussions or communities within your Space.

5. Chat-Based Invites (Fastest Method)

The fastest and most intuitive way to invite someone is directly through chat. If you have their phone number or email, simply click Create New Chat or Add to Chat, enter their information, and press Enter to lock it in. If they aren’t already on the platform, they’ll automatically receive an invite to join.
